Cosa dire...

No debit card payments Which we were told after the pizzas were ready. There is no price on the menu or anywhere for the drinks. The place was not as well looked after as expected for a place that had just opened. Parking is almost never found.

Inqualificabile
Ordinato tramite Just eat, orario di consegna previsto 21.00/21.20

I'm giving it one star because it's the best I can give. Unspeakable Ordered through Just Eat, expected delivery time 9:00 PM/9:20 PM At around 9:20 PM or so, it was marked as delivered even though we were still waiting. We called the restaurant about fifteen times, until 10:00 PM, but there was no answer because the number was unavailable. We contacted Just Eat, who confirmed that they couldn't reach the restaurant either. Having to find another solution, the delivery driver showed up at almost a quarter past 10:00 PM. We refused the delivery because we were already getting our food elsewhere. Their attitude was unprofessional, very rude and insolent (I'm talking about the owners, not the delivery driver, over the phone). They told us it was our problem and that the payment had already been made, and they didn't want to offer any refunds or cancellations. Fortunately, Just Eat knows how to work and canceled the order and refunded us, no ifs, ands, or buts. Forget it.
